Property Oversight & Security

  • Boat uncovered, checked, gassed, or moved to lift/slip

  • Patio furniture reset or sand clearing

  • Trash bins rolled out/in

  • Fridge or pantry stocking (upon request)

  • House closed up and secured after departure

  • Departure boat flush/cover

  • Quick clean-up or reset for next visit

  • HVAC or appliance turn-on/off

  • Hot tub/pool check-in or prep (if applicable)

Boat Oversight & Services
